    More than 21,000 drunk drivers were caught over the summer. That is 27% more than last year. The holiday period always coincides with heavy traffic on the roads. That is also when we consume alcoholic beverages more often. Kompania Piwowarska uses its educational campaign to teach the society not to combine these two things.    

    After two months, Kompania Piwowarska’s campaign dedicated to promoting responsible alcohol consumption reached its climax – the release of the song co-created by the KP fans on social media. That is where a competition was organized, within the framework of which the participants submitted their lyrics ideas, which were then rapped by the legend of Polish cinematography, Piotr Fronczewski, and the legend of Polish rap, Pih. The beats for the song were provided by Magier, Polish composer and producer. The musicians could choose from a wide range of lyrics, as we have received over two thousand submissions!     – We have received great ideas, amazing lyrics. Thanks to that, it took us two hours to write the song – raves Adam Piechocki aka Pih. – It has been a while since I rapped, but I hope our listeners will like what we have created – adds Piotr Fronczewski.

    – We have spent years educating the society on responsible alcohol consumption. This year, we decided to try out a new form of communication, related to the world of music, which reached a wide audience. The incredible engagement of the competition participants indicates how important it is for all of us to promote this message and educate others to never drink and drive – says Grzegorz Adamski, Public Affairs and Sustainability Director at Kompania Piwowarska.

    The creative concept, campaign execution, media planning and buying was delivered by the V&P advertising agency.
