On track to switch to TY! The Tyskie Train sets off on another winter journey.
Once again, it is that special time of year - the one every generation looks forward to. On December 16, Tyskie invites everyone aboard for another ride of its winter train.
“On track to switch to TY” (in Polish: Kolej przejść na TY) — a slogan that returns each year, encouraging people to bridge the distance and get closer. December is a month when thousands pass each other on the streets, in shopping malls, and on their way from place to place. The train is our metaphor for modern relationships — we may share the same destination, move side by side, yet never truly see each other. It is a good time to look at other with kindness and make a small gesture that breaks the ice — a smile, a hello, or a chat. A trip onboard the Tyskie Winter Train is more than a journey. It is a opportunity to meet people representing different generations, backgrounds and opinions.
Tyskie – a brand across any divide
This initiative constitutes a continuation of the “From generation to generation, we’re on TY” campaign, Tyskie’s story about closeness, dialogue, and finding a common language across the divide, featuring Bogusław Linda and Jakub Gierszał as the symbolic generational duo. The brand reminds us that simple gestures and conversations build bridges between people, and that being on TY — meaning on a first-name basis — is possible with anyone, as long as we give them a chance. Wherever differences arise, Tyskie encourages dialogue and proves that a shared language can always be found — beyond any divisions, including those between generations. This platform sets the stage for the Tyskie Winter Train, a natural setting where the spirit of togetherness and intergenerational connection truly comes to life.
How to get a ticket?
Tickets are up for grabs in the brand’s contest. To take part, one must purchase Tyskie Gronie or Tyskie Zero, register the receipt at kolejprzejscnaty.pl, and answer the contest question. The competition runs from November 3 to December 8. The limited winter-edition packaging is already available in stores to remind consumers of the campaign.
The campaign ambassadors — Bogusław Linda and Jakub Gierszał — invite everyone to join in, proving that you can be on TY regardless of age.
What awaits the passengers?
A truly unique space for switching to TY — filled with attractions and a warm, friendly atmosphere aboard the Tyskie Winter Train. Guests will enjoy live performances, interactive games and shared activities, but most importantly, they’ll have the opportunity to meet new people and go through unique experiences together.
