    As of the beginning of June this year, Wojciech Bogusz joined Kompania Piwowarska, taking on the position of Vice President of Marketing. His responsibilities as a new board member will include the implementation of the company's strategic goals, particularly the development of premium brands and the non-alcoholic beer segment. He will also be responsible for innovations and the area of digital transformation.

    Wojciech Bogusz is a leader with extensive experience in the FMCG industry gained on the Polish market as well as other European markets. He has successfully developed strategies for both global and local brand portfolios and introduced innovations that have shaped new consumer trends.

Tyskie, Lech, Żubr, and other Kompania Piwowarska brands are icons of the Polish beer market that have become part of our culture and set new marketing standards over the decades. Working with them is a incredible challenge but also a great responsibility.     Wojciech Bogusz began his marketing career in 2005 at Reckitt, continuing it at Danone. He also has extensive experience in the brewing industry. Since 2012, he has been associated with leading beer producers, holding senior positions and being responsible for the development of both local and global brands across many European markets. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.

    Previously, the position of Vice President of Marketing was held by Małgorzata Lubelska, who has been promoted to the European structure of the Asahi Group, which Kompania Piwowarska is part of. She assumed the new position of Global Category and Brand Director on June 1, 2024.

    Kompania Piwowarska is part of Asahi Europe & International, which since November 2020 encompasses 19 breweries across 8 European countries. AE&I is owned by Asahi Group Holdings, a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, which operates in the beer, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages and food segments, holding leading positions in various markets across Europe, Asia and the Pacific.
