Kompania Piwowarska S.A. announces an update to its registered office address
As of 7 January 2026, the registered office address of Kompania Piwowarska S.A. has changed and it will be officially recorded in the National Court Register as the company’s new registered seat: Emilii Plater 53, 00-113 Warsaw, Poland.
This change should be taken into account when issuing invoices from the above-mentioned date. Failure to include the updated address may result in payment delays due to incorrect invoices.
At the same time, the correspondence address remains unchanged:
Szwajcarska 11, 61-285 Poznań, Poland.
All other corporate details, including the company’s name, tax and statistical identification numbers (NIP and REGON), National Court Register number (KRS), and bank account information, also remain unchanged.
