He has been with SABMiller since 2005. Prior to taking the position of Managing Director of Kompania Piwowarska, he was Managing Director of SABMiller European Import Markets. Gary Haigh has gained extensive experience in various FMCG industries and markets having worked previously for Procter and Gamble as Marketing Manager in the United Kingdom, for Pepsi Cola International as the Marketing Director and then as Country Manager in Cyprus, Hungary and Austria as well as for Pizza Hut in the UK as the Marketing Director.
While being subsequently responsible Belgian and Dutch operations of Diageo (as the Country Managing Director) as well as for marketing of Guinness in the UK Gary has acquired excellent knowledge of the alcohol and specifically beer industries.
He holds a master's degree in the English Literature (Cambridge University). Married, father of two daughters.

President of the Management Board of Kompania Piwowarska from the time of its establishment in 1999. Having graduated from the Faculty of Commodity Science at the Poznań University of Economics, he immediately joined Pepsi-Cola which had a packaging plant at the Poznań Brewery. He was appointed President of Lech Browary Wielkopolski S.A. in 1990. He is a very active board member of the Union of Polish Brewing Employers, an organization of the biggest brewers in Poland representing approximately 90% of the market.

Before she got to Tyskie Browary Książęce in 1997, she had worked in the Research Agency PENTOR and in a company Leco Instrumente where she was in charge of the sales , In Kompania Piwowarska she served different functions, starting from central menagement of Trade Marketing through the president of the Regional Centre and the President of the Operating System. In the meantime, Marzena has also gained experience in a company Agros Nova where she was responsible for the sales.

Before he joined the brewery in Poznań, he worked at the Poznań Factory of Harvesting Machinery from 1981 to 1984: first as constructor of agricultural machines and thereafter as Quality Control Director. He held a number of positions at the Poznań brewery, from deputy technical manager, to project manager and investment director. As member of the Management Board of Lech Browary Wielkopolski, he was responsible for production and technical development. He has been in charge of the same functions as vice-president at Kompania Piwowarska since 1999.
